Delivery Policy
Here at DownUnder Honey we intend to process orders the same day, if received by 9.30am. Orders received after this time, will be processed the next business day. However, we do not send orders on Fridays.
We expect that you should receive your order within 1-3 working days. There is a maximum limit of 10 kg for shipping goods.
We normally use Courier Post/NZ Post. For rural addresses, these may be sent by NZ Post or by courier and will then be transferred to NZ Post Rural Delivery. Please allow an extra 1 - 3 days for rural delivery.
For urban addresses, we can provide a Saturday delivery. Please advise if this is required, as this will cost an additional $6.50 and need to be labelled accordingly.

If for some reason your parcel does not turn up please contact us.
Delivery Overseas
If you live overseas and are interested in purchasing our honey, please use our Contact Us form to request your order. We will then get back to you with shipping costs. Please note there are some countries that we are not able to send to.
